The passenger side toe board bottom will need a new patch made.

​1964 Mustang Floor Pan Replace

​All welds ground clean now top & underside.

​Toe board patch welded in & ground clean.

​Every thing is trim & cut now ready for the new floor pans. Also the under floor braces were painted with rust preventative paint on the inside & flange edges.

​The old floor pan section was carefully removed from the under side bracing & cleaned up.

​Seat pans welded in.

Bottom side of the seat pans coated with rust preventive paint.

All the welds were coated with rust preventative paint top & underside and seam sealed.

​The toe board up under the heater core needed some minor patch work.

New floor pans butt welded in & the welds will be ground clean. Even on a small job like this its pay attention to the details for a nice clean repair.

​New patch made & ready to weld in.

​This the typical first gen Mustang floor pans have the rust mite problem time to fix them.

​Being care full to rough cut the old out with out cutting into the floor supports.

​Bench seat reinstalled & ready for pick up, this car will be back later for some quarter panel  & trunk floor work.
